With its home in Aliquippa Pennsylvania, the BRAVE Riders were Organized in 2001 to plan and implement a memorial event in memory of slain Aliquippa Police Officer who was brutally ambushed and executed while on foot patrol on March 15, 2001 at approximately 8:15 PM.
The BRAVE Riders has orchestrated a memorial event as an opportunity for those of like mind to gather as an expression of remembrance, honor and solidarity. This event is more than a dedicatory to any one man but is a tribute to Emergency Service Professionals everywhere.
The memorial event begins with a memorial motorcycle ride through the Tri-state area of Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio, and concludes with a post-ride family style event open to everyone whether you ride a motorcycle or not. For more information about the current memorial event click here.
The BRAVE
Riders is a grass roots effort. We are dedicated to our first priority and
focus of the BRAVE Riders Ride To Remember to offer a
solemn reflective way to show honor and recognition to our fallen heroes here in
our home town, as well as others who have lost their lives while providing a secure
environment and emergency services for our families and communities.
While our sights are not fixed on monetary targets, the fact is that money is converted into opportunities. We can think of no greater tribute than to set in motion the processes that will aide in helping to fulfill another's dream as well as perpetuate the memory of our heroes through opportunities in education and helping others.

To administrate the events in a professional and efficient manner so that participants and sponsors are proud of their involvement.
To operate in such a way as to minimize expenses and administrative costs, so that the largest part of the proceeds are available to go directly to the designated beneficiaries.
To establish “investibility” and maintain credibility with our sponsors, in order to earn the confidence of the business community. Their financial support is not only appreciated but also essential to the success of achieving our goals.
To maintain an attitude of honor and respect as the event is implemented for those who stand in harms way, especially those who gave all.
While maintaining a neutral posture pertaining to politics and positions, we constantly strive to achieve our goals by:
Providing opportunities to give recognition, and express appreciation to Uniformed Service Professionals; especially memorializing those who have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving their communities, offering to the family and friends of those professionals the assurance of knowing that their loved one's memory and sacrifice will not be forgotten.
Raising the wherewithal to perpetuate their memory through donations to institutions providing educational opportunities and/or contributions to nonprofit organizations that offer support to the surviving families to ensure that the life and sacrifice of their loved one is not forgotten. To also provide, as opportunity permits, financial assistance to Emergency Service Departments for needed equipment and training.
Encouraging appreciation for our Uniformed Service Professionals, particularly for the dangers faced on our behalf.
We would value the opportunity to speak with you if you need more information or have any questions.
